Unbuffered DDR2 200 pin double data rate Synchronous DRAM Small Outline Dual In-line Memory Module (SO-DIMM), which is organized as 64Mx64 high-speed memory arrays. The components on the module include sixteen 64M x 8-bit (16M x 8-bit x 4 Bank Components) 667 SDRAM in BGA packages.

This 200 pin SO-DIMM uses gold contact fingers and requires +1.8V, plus it also comes with a lifetime warranty besides guaranteed compability. Our RAM also comes with unlimited free support, another reason for you to choose Blue Thunder™.
